We arrived at 6:00pm because I wanted to go earlier. The owner, Sam, greeted us and immediately said It was not a problem that we came in earlier. We sat at the bar and in minutes a table was ready for us. Jeanette, Sam’s wife came over to make sure we were comfortable while we waited for our table to be ready. For whatever reason the chefs at this location consistently produce a good meal. We had chicken fried rice, filet and the trio of chicken, filet and shrimp. It was actually completely covered with heaters overhead. It was nice and warm, and the noise level was quieter than indoors. We ordered calamari for the table, wedge salads, and the lunch pork chop specials. That was a nice touch to start our evening! We were not rushed, which I appreciated. The only negative was!You have to order everything at once but our waiter Charles was wonderful and worked with us. It’s definitely a fun people watching place. The food and cocktails were fabulous. I had an old fashion cocktail. It was very good. We had lobster escargot! Yum!! Spicy cauliflower was a hit! Steak tar tar and an artichoke appetizer. Also we had a spicy Caesar salad, which I would have again if you go don’t miss out on the lobster escargot or the cauliflower.
