My favourite dish of the night was the new “marinated beets” with mama ghanoush, salted ricotta (I omitted due to dairy allergy) & cured zucchini - A true chefs kiss/honourable mention to this extraordinary explosion of flavours, vivid colours and complimentary textures which paired superb with my delightful blueberry roiboos tea!
