Executive Chef Domenic Tudda spent his childhood years learning of Italian cuisine while his family owned and operated Stromboli's restaurant in Calgary. Much of our concept is based around the heirloom corn of Mexico. We import four types of corn from a collective of heirloom farms in Mexico in order to provide the best product we can. Never get disappointed at Vero Bistro. Cocktails always taste good and refreshing. The food quality is always consistent and the service is superb. Started with the escargots and the baratta salad. Followed with “steamy hot” squash soup. The soup was creamy and tasty. We had beef tenderloin with truffle and the beef was so tender. Finished off with cheesecake and mango coconut gelato. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
