Food and service are above and beyond and what one would expect if they lived anywhere else in the world Forget thinking that the in places in Calgary are actually good and make the drive to Canmore for the best restaurant in AlbertaMore infoänkôrPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Canmore•4.9
- AAnnaCalgary / Southern Alberta •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWhat a lovely dinner! We came to Murrieta's to try out their menu because we are planning to host our wedding dinner here. We had the CHICKEN SUPREME with sweet pea risotto, greens beans, sundried tomatoes, chive ju and the DUCK CONFIT with fried potato, green beans, mixed greens, sour cherry compote, chili maple glaze for dinner and they both exceeded our expectations. Then for dessert we had items off their new dessert menu and it was truly amazing, the chocolate cone with cream was probably one of the best desserts we have ever had. Thanks Murrieta's for a wonderful meal and a lovely evening.More infoMurrieta's CanmorePrice: Expensive• American• Canmore•4.7
- EErichCalgary / Southern Alberta •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoSitting next to a crackling wood fireplace, we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the amazing feast provided by the chefs at the Stewart Creek Restaurant. It started with a rustic charcuterie board with an assortment of locally purchased cold cuts cheese and pickled vegetable, followed by an delicious baby beet salad. After the Beet salad we enjoyed the tender Seared Atlantic Scallops, with a smooth Sweet pea puree and garnished with double smoked bacon. As main course we decided on the Beef Fondue, served traditional Swiss style with a hot broth in a copper pot, fresh shaved AAA Alberta striploin, potatoes, vegetable and dipping sauce. To finish of our dining experience we enjoyed the Lindt Milk Chocolate Fondue served with Banana bread, strawberries, pineapple, melon. The Service was fantastic. Very attentive, provisional and friendly without being overbearing. Overall a memorable dining experience..More infoStewart Creek Golf Course RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Canadian• Canmore•4.7
