He made sure that everything was perfect. He even went so far to make me a very close zip sauce himself in the kitchen because they were out of original zip sauce.. FANTASTIC!! For appetizers we had the crab cake and cold shrimp. We also had a Caesar salad. For dinner, lamb chops, cheese potatoes, and carrots. I didn’t care for the carrots but Thomas gave me a small side of asparagus. We had about 5 24karats drinks.. delicious! The food is always fresh and delicious; the waitstaff is attentive and friendly; the ambiance is upscale without being pretentious. Everything we ordered was delicious. The star of the meal was the Tomahawk steak. It was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The manager visited our table midway through dinner and asked if we were enjoying our food (which we were). At some point during the meal, I must have mentioned it was my husband’s birthday. When our dessert came to the table, we were pleasantly surprised to see it had been outfitted with a sparkling candle. It is always a difficult choice as to what to order. From the lobster bisque to the wedge salad, steaks, lamb chops desserts. Customer service is second to none. Just attentive enough but not intrusive. Our favorite restaurant. Wherever we travel we look to see if a Capital Grille is nearby.
