Best Casual Restaurants in Downingtown

I have been to brookside several times and always leave satisfied. And mio was very good and my table mates enjoyed their meal. Also. Our server was very good, quite professional. I have Celiac and I'm always concerned that I will have cross-contamination issues but I've been fine every time. Thank you.

So excited to have gotten to try out Downingtown's newest food venue! Can't say enough about the whole experience! The food was delicious and our waiter was great! We sampled their cobb salad/risotto/ pizza and seafood dish. All had their own spin and take- highly recommend this newest gem but get your reservation in early as they book up for regular table times!!

Food was excellent. The only downside was that our appetizers and main courses all came at the same time. The staff was very apologetic about this and comped our deserts. I think because they are new the timing is not quite down yet and they were very busy. We will be coming back as otherwise the dining experience was very good.

Once we discovered this gem, we keep coming back! Our favorites are the short rib bolognese (with potato gnocchi-yum), the short ribs, the pork chop, and the fruit with ricotta flat bread. Love this place!
