Absolutely delighted with my experience at Bistro 31! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Michael and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and they were knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. The food was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was crafted with care, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The flavors were so well-balanced, it was evident that the kitchen prides itself on quality ingredients and expert preparation. I also appreciated the cozy yet elegant ambiance of the restaurant—perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner. The salmon and prawns were delicious. I was really surprised that at 7:30PM on a Saturday night that the restaurant was empty - only 3 tables with guest. The staff was superb, but with so few guest, there were more waiters than guest. The truffle mac and cheese had no truffle, but overall it was good dining experience.

From the time we walked in until the time we left it was a great experience. The food was a 10/10. I have been to the Carbone in New York but this was my first time visiting the Dallas location and I must say the experience exceeded NYC. The waiters were amazing as well!

The most amazing service! The server gave us the best evening. The food, as always was incredible as were the drinks!

The place is great for drinks, the food is very VERY good for a bar. Very nice decoration and ambience. I believe the music the DJ plays (the nigh we were there) does not goes with the place. They need something sexier that goes alone well with the bars personality. If you don’t like loud then this is not your type.
