Best Family Style Restaurants in Yaletown

First time coming here. Wonderful service. Ambience is perfect. My husband and I totally loved their brussel sprouts(the char is perfect and the sauce is sublime) and beef tartare (love the cracker underneath the tartare and the flavouring with the egg yolk is amazing). 10/10 King salmon for one of the entrees is also perfect. The fish texture is wonderful, just cooked right. The sauce is the showstopper basically elevating the dish. 10/10 Mushroom risotto- we loved the taste but the consistency is not what we expected from a risotto. Otherwise, flavour is on point. 8/10 Roasted pork belly- my husband rates it at 7/10. He loved the pork belly itself but didn’t feel the puree properly complemented the meat. I would also rate it at 7/10 but mostly because i thought it would be crispier or at least have crispy edges but i do love the puree and the chicharonnes with it. Lastly my husband and I got the salted caramel pot de creme. Loved it. 10/10. Not too sweet. Loved the texture with the vanilla breton on top. My husband also got the Americano to finish, wonderful and superb as he said it. 10/10. Definitely will come back here and try their other dishes. ❤️

Such an excellent experience! The service was great and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The food was so delicious, that it was hard to pick a highlight. The carpaccio was so perfectly seasoned and the flourless banana cake was just exceptional. The portions were generous and the value was definitely there. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I were there to celebrate our 27th anniversary. Everything was great! Thanks so much especially to our server. One thing though could use a valet service.

As well as the excellent service and cuisine, I particularly enjoy the ambiance in the restaurant at night when it is dark outside. The dining room lighting is kept dim and the individual table lights give just enough warm indirect task lighting to the table top. So you can have a cozy dim ambiance for the room and are able to read the menu and see the meal. Ambiance is as important as the cuisine to me.

Great food and atmosphere. The wine prices could use an adjustment, quite high prices by the glass.
