Best Fun Restaurants in Lyn-Lake

Another brunch before a Gopher football game. Once again, a terrific meal. Bloody Mary, one with vodka, one with gin, with just the right amount of spicy tomato mix. I had the eggs Benedict with short ribs and a generous amount of hash browns; my friend had a traditional breakfast with breakfast potatoes and Nueske bacon. Requested bar seats in order to watch the IU/OSU game and the Manny’s host delivered. Met a group of PSU fans who enjoyed pre game cocktails in the main dining room. worth the $$$$.

Great steakhouse in the West End. Prices are low end of typical steakhouse prices but worth it. Flavor wise their chimichurri was phenomenal, better than Porzana's. The ribeye was perfectly prepared and delicious with or without the chimichurri. The asparagus was delicious as well, perfectly prepared and deliciously seasoned. Our server, Jada, was wonderful. Attentive but not overbearing.

This place was awesome! Had the smash burger with peanut butter!! Absolutely phenomenal! Wish I lived closer because this would be my go to spot!

Enjoyed dining here very much! Able to secure reservations for four at a prime time of evening! Waitress was exceptional! We enjoyed the scrumptious, outstanding food at a leisurely pace! Both Grandboys looooved their food as did we, the Grandparents! Made it to the play at the Children’s Theatre in plenty of time to get decent parking and relax before the play started. We will be back-for a date night!!!

This was our first time at this restaurant, which was suggested by our adult son to celebrate his birthday. It was outstanding! The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic. Our server make excellent alternative suggestions to help with a food sensitivity. It was not inexpensive - we did the course menu experience & added 2 bottles of flavored sake - but worth it for the celebratory experience. I would definitely recommend and would be happy to stop in & sit at the bar and enjoy just the Beef Sukiyaki Bibimbap! It was a favorite of everyone at the table.
