- MMarkChicago / Illinois •11 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMade in Italy is always a treat with exceptional food, a nice wine list, friendly and attentive service, all at great prices. The restaurant was quite busy tonight with a few groups a bit boisterous creating a fairly loud atmosphere (which is normally not the case). Still had a very enjoyable dinner. Made in Italy is one of our favorite restaurants and they never disappoint!More infoMade in Italy TrattoriaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Glen Ellyn•4.8

The food was excellent, our server Bianca was friendly and attentive, and we watched a lovely sunset out the window improving already lovely ambiance while we ate. - MMaryChicago / Illinois •69 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 27, 2024Beautiful brunch experience! From the engaging details of PUBLICO that were thoughtfully designed on the 1st floor space to the cozy “red glass room” which created a fun ambiance. The Latin American brunch menu which my church friend, Jan ordered a delicious double crab cake benedict with perfectly cooked poached eggs and a drizzle of hollandaise sauce complimented with roasted potatoes. I thoroughly enjoyed my order of the El Americano — eggs made to order (chose perfectly scrambled eggs), with 3 meats of sliced ham, maple bacon and chorizo sausage link along with those great roasted potatoes. Yum!!! Will definitely be back to try the dinner menu. Also service was very attentive by manager, Sandra, because we arrived for a late brunch at 1:30pm-2pm so there was just a few other tables. I think it was so new only 3 months open that this place — AltaVida! is a best kept secret because they haven’t done any advertising or promotion that they’re open for weekend brunch yet.More infoAltaVidaPrice: Moderate• Latin American• Naperville•4
