- ZZacharySeattle / Eastern Washington •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI have been to the Melting Pot multiple times. It is always a great experience, with quality food and great service. It is a perfect location for an experience for a date. I took us here for Valentine's Day since she has never experienced it. I knew in advance that it was a higher price per person and set menu for the event. It was great quality, great service, and a great experience for a special occasion, as always. However, for this review, I took some stars away for things like value. While it was a great experience as always, it definitely isn't justified to charge over $100 per person for the experience. I believe their normal rates per person for the multiple-course experiences are completely fair and reasonable. I love the restaurant, and we will definitely return, but it will always be on a normal day. I would recommend that anyone try this restaurant, and they will not be disappointed. I would just advise, unless it's a very special occasion and do not mind spending twice as much or more for an experience there, to not attend a special time period such as Valentine's Day and wait for a regular time to go.More infoThe Melting Pot - TacomaPrice: Very Expensive• Fondue• Tacoma•4.3
- VVICKIESeattle / Eastern Washington •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoSuch a beautiful place with the decor and all.the different chandiers. We were seated in front of a window overlooking the water. The waitress was very friendly and helpful although it took a while for her to get back to us. The food was excellent! I had the red rabbit wine over steak. Very good! Such a nice place to celebrate Valentines day.More infoMcMenamins Elks TemplePrice: Moderate• American• Tacoma•4.4

- NNancyVIPLos Angeles •38 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe've been big fans of Roy Yamaguchi's restaurants for many years and were eager to try Woven. It lived up to our expectations. Four of us went for dinner, and everyone enjoyed everything. We started with drinks (pineapple martini and mai tai) which were delicious. Moving on to appetizers, we shared the Seafood Pillows and Crab Artichoke Dip. Outstanding! For entrees, we had the Misoyaki Glazed Black Cod, the Woven's Paella, and the Slow Cooked Short Rib. Presentation was beautiful, but that paled next to the flavors. We have very attentive service. The only downside for us seniors was the noise level. It is a bit too loud to hear comfortably, so if that's an issue for you, ask for seating accordingly. We highly recommend.!More infoWOVEN Seafood & Chophouse by Roy YamaguchiPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Tacoma•4.5
- DDamon and BarbVIPSeattle / Eastern Washington •38 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoArrived less than 5 minutes prior to reservation. Was greeted by a young man who asked if I wanted to validate my car which I did. Greeter proceeded to seat several other people before seating me. I was there with and for my reservation and feel the host was rude by seating so many others prior to seating me. His demeanor was off-putting. He needs proper customer service training.More infoWildFin American Grill-TacomaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Tacoma•4.5
