The pretzels are made by hand by an Army vet who learned to make pretzels in Germany after his service. The sauces are made from scratch. This was my brother’s and my first experience at Cooper Canyon. Based on the reviews and stunning photos of their delicious offerings, we knew we had to try the food. Our experience was fantastic—every waiter was highly knowledgeable about the menu and specials. Moreover, the food was exceptional. Hopefully, they will consider opening more locations in Virginia, particularly in Southeast Virginia.

As always the food was great ,the service lacked which is not David’s norm. The manager came a met with us and was receptive to the issues of the evening. We will certainly return. Just was not what we expected.
