The food was staggered well, nothing coming out too early or too late. Everything was hot and fresh and really enjoyed the shaved white truffles from Italy on the beef Wellington. I would not recommend the all you can drink package, however. The wine options were limited, and the Pinot Noir was not chilled to the appropriate temperature as is the case when ordering a bottle in the restaurant. Our server was not as attentive as we would have liked for all you can drink or for removing our plates. When Chef Ramsay arrived and came by our table, we had empty drink glasses and plates in front of us. With gratuity included in the package at 18%, we chose not to tip any further because we did not feel our server went above and beyond.More infoHell's Kitchen - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• American• Caesars Palace•4.6

We had the filet, kale and apple salad, and truffle Mac and cheese. The filet was cooked perfectly and the salad was maybe one of the best salads we ever had!More infoBeauty & Essex- Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Speakeasy• The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas•4.8
