Best Cozy Restaurants in Kailua

Our second visit. This time we dined with visiting friends. The power was out at the restaraunt and surrounding businesses due to a storm. But even with a limited menu, it was again a very wonderful dinner Great service and food was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.

Arancino has multiple locations throughout Waikiki, but this is the original and most intimate. Classic Italian joint with checkered red vinyl tablecloths. The focaccia, caesar salad, and tiramisu are all authentic, but the pastas have interesting island twists, with plenty of seafood options. My go-to is the spaghetti with a tomato cream sauce and uni (sea urchin). Just perfect.

I would absolutely go again. The food is very much British Pub fare, so nothing too off the wall there. That is to say everything was tasty, but nothing was over the top insane good. I hope that doesn’t sound like a negative comment. It’s a great place to go when you don’t wanna think about it too much, sit and chat with a friend and enjoy the evening. The ambience is outstanding and the staff is terrific. Looking forward to going back.

Lovely experience. Superb cocktail and personal attention from the wait staff and the chef. Food and cocktails are top notch and the outdoor dining area is quaint and cozy. Overall a great experience.
