- SStephanieVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •15 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoGreat experience to share with our Colorado family! We started with fries and the wood fired mushrooms. Both appetizers were excellent. Mushrooms had exceptional flavor. For dinner, I had the wings and they were more than enough for dinner. Phenomenal flavor on the wings. One of us had the kimchi meatloaf and enjoyed it. Another person in our party had the lamb and said it was great. Finally, my sister had the mussels and she said they were great with a very flavorful sauce. Brandon provided excellent wait service and we would request him again. - SScottIndiana •19 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoFriday night dinner. Sat in the bar area. Sarah was our very attentive server. Filet for myself and Chicken Caesar salad for the date. We added the mac and cheese (a MUST!) and the truffle wedges. All items were great! Filet was cooked perfectly to medium. Tender. Great flavor and not overseasoned. Top quality meat. One of the few steakhouses where you get what you pay for. Worth it every time! Phenomenal wine list, both by the glass and by the bottle. One of the few places in town with a) a great wine selection; and b) reasonably priced wines by the glass. Desert menu was uninspiring (maybe because we were full?), but you might enjoy some of the offerings. Shout out to Steven, the busser (I believe) for being engaging and friendly with us. He was multi-tasking like crazy, and doing so while being nice. Love Tony’s. My favorite steakhouse in town. Great people work for great people, and you’ll more than likely find a top notch experience here.More infoTony's of IndianapolisPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown Indy•4.8
- CChrisSan Francisco Bay Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoIt had been over half a decade since we’d been to Traders Point, but after seeing their Valentine’s Day menu, we decided it was worth making a Valentine’s Day mini weekend of it. The Harpist music was subtle enough for background, but loud enough to enjoy. Once we realized she was playing pop music songs, we enjoyed guessing them. We ordered the Valentine’s Day Flight half because my wife wanted to see how they were garnished. She really like the bold orange elder flower mimosa and lemon lavender French 75. Will try and recreate at home, you can se me the garnishes in pictures. Orange peel opened up like a rose bud in the Negroni. I had their Honey Bunch (take on a manhattan), pecans work well with Bourbon and honey, who knew? Pecan crumble garnish made it festive and change the taste. And then a Feisty Cabernet Sauvignon to go with dinner. We added a cheese and meat charcuterie board to accompany the meal. Favorite was a goat cheese from California that had Moon in the name of the creamery, we are calling to see if we can be reminded of the creamery. Their own award winning cheese was very good as well. We happily finished everything in the board. We both really like my wife’s crab stuffed shrimp starter. I had meatballs that were a little undercooked in the middle for wife’s preference, but I was quite happy. We are on opposite ends of the cooking temperature spectrum. We were both really happy with our mains. Porkchop with spiced seeet potato swisschard for her and filet with added blue cheese whipped potato brussel sprouts for me. Don’t sleep on the Ice Cream Sundae. It’s a creamery. With house made toffee crumble. Best sundae ever. She liked her cherry chocalate cheesecake, but brought most of it home. And of course on the way out, bought 2 bottles of chocolate milk to take home to the kids. If you are from out of town, always bring a cooler to Traders Point.More infoThe Loft at Traders PointPrice: Expensive• Organic• NW Indy / Zionsville•4.7
