Scalini Fedeli was opened by chef-owner Michael Cetrulo in 1995 and very quickly became New Jersey's highest rated Italian restaurant. Rated excellent by the New York Times in 1996 and New Jersey's favorite restaurant in Zagat's Survey in 2001 and New Jersey Monthly's best Italian and top 25 overall in 2007. Highlights from the menu include soft egg yolk raviolo with black truffle butter, pignoli crusted salmon with artichoke and mint agnolotti in a light tomato and basil broth and braised short ribs of beef with a cherry pepper and port glaze. We LOVE the food @ Zeugma, SO many great choices on the menu; The service is attentive, friendly and professional. We keep returning because we love everything about Zeugma SO much. It is so hard to, but please try to leave room for desert. PLEASE order their incredible pistachio ice cream; home made, with just the right amount of sweet and nutty. Fresh ground nuts on top !

As usual, Laboratorio kitchen did not disappoint. The Sole was perfectly cooked and served hot over spinach and haricot verts…. And it was delicious. The appy’s and desserts were fresh and delicately prepared. Lastly, service was on point. Another great dinner experience, Bravo Laboratorio Kitchen.

I can't say enough good things about this spot. My wife and I had heard great things, but it took us a while to make our way here. I've never had Italian food this good. My wife and I ordered an appetizer, 3 entrees, and dessert, and I swear all of them were equally amazing. Meaning, your eyes roll up in your head when you take your first bite because it's THAT good. Such a wonderful experience. Thank you everyone at Sapori
