It was as an amazing experience going to this restaurant. The entrance is by the hotel entrance. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Fast service also. I ordered the NY steak with mashed potatoes and the risotto with bacon. Everything was tasty and delicious. Loved this restaurant, will definitely come back any time I come to the island. Highly recommended.

The kitchen is understaffed. Can't really blame the servers. Maybe the chef showed up late, and then had back orders for the lunch crowd. Not professional. It took an hour from sitting down at our table until we finally had something to eat. An hour. Other customers were complaining as well - it's not just that we or I am cranky. It's a pity, really. The setting is charming - the courtyard of the convent with big umbrellas in case of too much sun or (in our case) rain. No problem. I had a stuffed pepper which could easily have been the best stuffed pepper I ever had. Our waiter was a pro. Took our order right away, got our drinks right away. But then, nothing came out of the kitchen. Not for us, not for anybody. And then, all of a sudden, orders started flying. It just ruined the lunch experience to sit and wait, along with all the other diners who were also fuming. Everything else was great. So, my advice? Bring a book.

The service was the worst I ever experienced. Ended up having to get the manager involved and he discounted some food items.

We were very excited to try this restaurant after it was recommended to us. We mad our reservation on Open Table. When we got there, the hostess told us that she saw our reservation but she had a large party to seat that also had a reservation for the same time slot. She asked us to go to the bar to wait. We had already spent time in the bar. We ended up leaving.

Considero que fue un servicio muy lento, se espero demasiado por la comida. Adicional no tenian muchos de los aperitivos disponibles.

It could be better for the price. I've had better experiences in Puerto Rico for half the money. The food was okay, but the experience felt like a pantry cleaning day even though it was Valentine's Day and I had reserved my table one week in advance. Cocktails took a very long time to be served. On the other hand, the pistachio tart dessert was superb. I would not go to this place again for the food, but if I did, it would be for the environment and maybe a few drinks. Even though the service was good, I did not appreciate the waiter setting a set rate for the tip before I decided what it would be. I was in the motivation to give a better tip but that threw me off. I guess it wasn't his fault, maybe it was the restaurant's manager or something because of how young I and my partner looked...

Valentines dinner with a fixed price dinner that was definitely not worth the $89 per person price. The only 2 choices for the first course were raw tuna or raw beef. As we don’t eat uncooked food we asked for a substitute and were told by the waiter it was absolutely impossible to do that. We ordered steaks for the second course which were tough and grizzled…..with practically uncooked bacon wrapped around!! They were tasteless and crunchy in places! They were the worst!! I asked the waiter to check with the kitchen if the mashed potatoes contained any dairy products as I can’t eat them. He never came back to our table to answer my question so I didn’t eat them! VERY disappointed!!

Worst meal we’ve had while in San Juan! Beef tenderloin wasn’t beef tenderloin; it was tough and full of grizzle! Paid $269 plus the cost of an Uber to end up hungry.

The atmosphere and food were really really good. But the long wait times were compounded by an apparent lack of sufficient, staff just walking past you and not even acknowledging you, and staff that seemed to be clueless. However, once the bartender started to assist us, things went well. The space is very calming so the waiting was not as unpleasant as it could have been.
