   Pappas Bros Steakhouse is absolutely my FAVORITE steakhouse in Houston. I've been to many as that is how me and my husband celebrate our anniversary, and we now simply return to Pappas because it's so wonderful. The food is always excellent, and the service is superb.

   After reviewing several upscale steakhouses in Houston, I chose Pappas Bros. Steakhouse to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. From the valet to hostess to waitress, to even the busboy, we were treated like royalty by each. Our meal of steak and sea bass was superb. The sides, especially the au gratin potatoes, were delicious. Finally, the creme brulee was simply the best as it was light and not overly sweet. While I realize that Houston's fine dining scene contains many options, I highly recommend Pappas Bros. Steakhouse many times over. The customer service is unrivaled and I will take that over any of the other more contemporary newcomers.

   Loud, service was slow, steak cooked twice was never right. Steaks were under-seasoned. Disappointing.

   High end steak with high end prices! But seriously the filet mignon is prepared with magic. It’s difficult to explain with words just how crazy the served steak is.

   Our server Summer was amazing! Food was amazing! Grayson, the kind manager also paid us a visit to ensure that everything was great! Will definitely be back.

   Waitress was fantastic! Food was excellently prepared. Didn’t have room for dessert. Would rate as 9.8 on a scale of 1-10. Wasn’t impressed with appetizer options so we didn’t get one. Otherwise, great experience.
