   Overall the experience was fine but not excellent. The server mixed up a simple drink order. One main dish came out cold. Shrimp pasta dish was so so. Half chicken dish was very good. Server didn't refill water glasses. Probably wouldn't return given the other options around but it's ok in a pinch.

   Service, food and noise seemed to be the issues. - delayed service - how long is acceptable? 10 mins until a server greets you and asks for takes your order? - food - how long is acceptable? 35 mins? - cold food - obviously had been sitting for a while is both burger and fries were cold - had to ask for water while waiting for the delayed food - both glasses completely empty - an update on food did come through after 30 minutes but given food was cold I think there was an error in the order and the burger sat waiting for the other entry - but lucky us - it was delivered cold - we waited so long that at that point there is no point complaining as it leads to more waiting - noise - there is no sound insulation in the restaurant - where we were sitting felt like a cafeteria (or barn burner as my husband called it)

   I am very upset with our recent experience when I booked the reservation online for your restaurant there was nothing stating a new years menu or the cost involved after waiting for the bill the server notified my partner (while i was using the ladies room)that it was taken care of directly charged to my card (on file from booking the reservation)without asking if that was how I would be paying after looking at my credit card statement for the cost there was also a gratuity added which again nor myself or my partner agreed to this. This is unacceptable, and I am very disappointed in this experience

   It was the best New Years Eve dinner we have had out in years! Service was slow but not unsurprised by that. There was live music and our little girls danced up a storm! Food was truly top notch!

   I made my reservation a month ago. When we arrived we were put at the back near the kitchen. I did not see any when the bands were playing. Seating area where we were was very disappointing. Food was ok. But service at the end we were waiting 30-40 mins for the dessert.

   I purchased the New Year's experience for my family, expecting a pleasant and memorable evening. However, upon arrival, we were directed to a table that was already occupied by five other people. They had stepped away to serve themselves, and when they returned, they questioned why we were at their table. I checked with the hostess, who informed me that this was indeed our table and that, due to space limitations, they had allocated seating in this manner. This was surprising, especially since I noticed several families of three seated at individual tables. Unfortunately, the hostess did not seem particularly polite or accommodating when addressing the situation. Since the table was already in use by another family – who also appeared unaware that it was meant to be shared – we found that our utensils had been used and the New Year's favors placed on the table had already been taken by the other guests, leaving us without them. It was a frustrating experience that dampened the mood for the rest of the evening. While the food, activities, and overall atmosphere were enjoyable, the discomfort and confusion caused by the seating arrangement left us feeling disappointed and disheartened. I hope they consider improving their organization and communication to avoid similar situations in the future.

   Food was fantastic ! The entertainment was perfect for all ages, the kids in our group loved the balloon drop. The adults loved the fun but appropriate music. We will definitely buy tickets again next year.

    We had dinner her on December 30th. Restaurant was busy but reservations were easy to make online and also easy to change as our timing was not fixed due to skiing. Arrived about 10 minutes early but there was no parking. When we informed the concierge, he went out and opened a private parking area for us as it was raining. We were very thankful. When we returned, we were seated within minutes at a very nice booth. The bar and dining area were full but not packed and everyone seemed to be in a great mood! Waiters were phenomenal! Food was very good. The crispy cauliflower appetizer was good but needed more cauliflower and less batter. Grilled Calamari was sold out as our reservation was for 8pm. Food was great except for the tenderloin which was good if a bit dry. Drinks were amazing. I’m particularly fond of Bourbon and they did a great job on the cocktails! This is the best of the O & B franchise. We have been here on numerous occasions and will continue to dine here! Highly recommend this place.
