Had previously dined here and enjoyed it, however this visit was very different. Both the appetizer and pasta were cold even though the plates were almost too hot to touch. Sat on the patio and when it started to rain the other tables were offered umbrella’s but our waitress never stopped to check in on us. Ordered a second round of drinks which never arrived but waitress never checked in after we received our meal to see if we needed anything. Overall a very poor experience for the price of this restaurant and would not be a first choice recommendation to others.

We went on a Monday late afternoon and took advantage of the 1/2 off bottle of wine. The pesto and focaccia that was brought out was unexpected and very tasty. I love their pesto, they should sell it. We split a Shrimp and Calamari Frito misto and a White Truffle and Prosciutto flatbread. The shrimp and calamari was lightly battered not a hit of oil. The Calabrian chili aioli was just the right amount of spice. The White truffle Prosciutto flatbread was another hit. The scent of truffle was not overpowering but perfectly balanced. The flatbread was not soggy (which In my experience can be an issue with mushrooms). Our server (I believe Jassy?) was very helpful, there when needed-the right amount of attention. Overall, wonderful Monday afternoon. We will be back.

The food was outstanding, but we were outside and the noisy inside was a distraction. Will go back for the food, not the atmosphere .

Lively atmosphere. Not the place for an intimate conversation but lots of loud music. Tagliatelle was delicious but Ravioli was served at room temp with a watered down sauce. Beet salad Was tasty. In other words, variable. Red wine should be chilled, not room temp.

I really do like Olive and Ivy but the experience today was not great. We reserved a table for lunch at 14:00 and arrived with plenty of time to spare. I waited nearly 30 minutes for a table despite this. When we were eventually seated we were allocated a table for 2 with two extra chairs to accommodate my family. We basically sat shoulder to shoulder and very nearly on top of the couple seated at the next table. We then get told they ate only serving brunch which is not what I booked. Nowhere on the site does it specify that only brunch is served till 3. The wait staff did not even attempt to find out if alternatives were available. Not a great experience especially given this was for my wife’s birthday. I ended up leaving before even placing an order and enjoyed a fantastic meal at a much more accommodating nearby competitor.
