    Quality has gone down over the years as prices continue to climb. The service was also lack luster. We would visit the LA or Vegas location again, but San Diego is no longer on the menu for us

    Had an amazing experience at Nobu trying the Holiday Omakase menu. My wife and I went for our anniversary and were thoroughly impressed by the attentive service, professional staff, and most of all the outstanding meal. Each course was delivered in a very timely fashion, as we never felt rushed yet never waited on the next course. Cocktails were promptly prepared as ordered, and our water glasses were always topped off. The dinner was well prepared and no course was lacking. At the end, they were thoughtful enough to include a “Happy Anniversary” message on our dessert plate. Overall, I was impressed by and grateful for the entire course of service. Will certainly return.

    A special Christmas dining on JAPANESE A5 WAGYU, a side of CAULIFLOWER JALAPENO SALSA, a tuna roll and wine. Service was formal and pleasant. Hostess are strict with reserved signs and with reservations made on OpenTable.

    Being short staffed for Christmas was no excuse for the terrible service or poorly executed food. 30min without a food menu after being seated, chipped glassware, undercooked sushi rice, and the desserts are sad attempts at what you expect from somewhere like PF Chang’s. The whole experience was comically bad from beginning to end.

    Our food was delicious especially the beef tabanyaki, the tofu and the taryaki chicken but all the starters were great too. A very friendly and responsive service and a great vibe and atmosphere.
