We absolutely love the experience of dining at Nicolettas. The staff is extraordinary the greeting so warm and friendly and they always even call me by my first name. It is so impressive and such a mark of a restaurant that cares about what they do The weight staff is also amazing excellent at describing the menu and answering any questions and efficient and competent in serving. This may sound silly, but I am so appreciative of the very clean restrooms to me. This is also a sign of a fine establishment which Nicoletta’s most certainly is Not only is it fun to have a wonderful meal here, but we love the shopping experience and the catering availability as well. Thank you so much for enriching our lives with your fine restaurant. We are very elderly now and finding a restaurant that meets our needs and is willing to accommodate my disability is so special. We are very very grateful Patricia Flaccus.

Had a festive holiday lunch. From what I could tell, so did everyone else eating lunch today. Was greeted with a special drink in celebration of their 12th year in business. Wait staff was attentive, and the food was exceptional. Unless you are looking for a quiet lunch away from activity, Nicoletta's gets all five stars!

We are repeat customers and are usually highly satisfied with our experience. Unfortunately it felt like we had the C team last night. Our servers were friendly but extremely inattentive. Our food was moderate at best. Our entrees were delayed by 20mins despite the tables surrounding us, who were sat after us, all receiving their meals, the crème brûlée custard was running, the espresso was terribly bitter in the affogato when it’s usually so smooth and rich. Overall, I was quite disappointed. Usually I’m happy to spend $130 dollars on a lovely meal. Last night, it was not worth the price.

We showed up an hour early for our reservation, and they graciously accommodated us. Even got a seat at the bar and was able to watch the Ducks game. Bartender was fun too!

The atmosphere is holiday perfect - gorgeous lights and decorations. Felt like we were in italy! Food was fantastic- vongole (clams) is my favourite- chicken parm is my husbands. Kids loved cache e pepe and carbonara. Cannoli was soooo amazing. Staff was warm and welcoming- gave us a great wine recommendation. Shopped in the marketplace on the way out.
