   The ladies at the front desk was very mean and hateful one of the managers, Ben was very rude to my wife into my family for New Year’s Eve. He came to our table to ask what can he help us with? We told him that the steak we order was well done and it came medium. He said a lot of things to my wife I never experienced this in my life. He should not be a manager.

   First time dining at Nick and Sam’s. The steaks were amazing, cooked as requested. Paul provided excellent customer service. Look forward to our next visit.

   Used to be a relatively great spot for a special event or a night out but not so anymore. Don’t bother making a reservation, they don’t care and you’ll wait at least half an hour. Dress code? They used to have one but must have lost it at some point. Guys with no shirts and just blazer jackets? Totally fine. Girls with actual lingerie and jackets? Say no more, you’re in the door. Food was previously served hot, though they can guarantee a lukewarm at best given how long it takes to get to the table and out.

   Great experience from the host, bar, server, manager, and busser. Steaks and sides were perfect. Great vibe and atmosphere, does not feel pretentious like the average steakhouse. Thank you to the host who got me a different table right away when I requested.

   NYE is tough for any dinner place. They delayed my reservation about 20 min and sat me in a not so great location ( next to the kitchen/bar aisle way). Overall was good.

   NYE dinner for family of 4. Phenomenal food/service/ambience. My adult son said it was the best restaurant meal he’s had in his life. Our server, Sean (or Shawn…?) was engaging and attentive…made our meal memorable. Highly recommend!

   From start to finish, our experience was absolutely perfect. The ambiance was refined and inviting, creating the ideal setting for a memorable evening. But what truly elevated our visit was our server, Sean. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs from the moment we were seated. Sean’s recommendations, were spot-on and truly enhanced the entire meal. His attention to detail and personalized service made the evening feel extra special. As for the food – wow! The steaks and salmon were cooked to absolute perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a delight, and the sides were just as impressive. Overall, top-tier experience, and with Sean’s impeccable service, it’s one we’ll be coming back to again and again. Highly recommend!

    For the second time in a row, the service was sub par. The waiters just aren't what they were years ago. After responding we had been there before, the waiter proceeded to explain the whole menu to us until I said again --"we've been here previously." We can read also. No need to spend 10 minutes of our time telling us what we already know. Waiter also had difficulty managing a couple of diet preferences, that resulted in appetizer being brought with no sauce --as a surprise to whole table, and side dishes brought with sauce specifically asked to be changed in order. So effectively we were waiting most of the time for the right things to be brought to table while food got cold. Yet the hovering was way too much. Lastly the caviar which I always look forward to, was so fishy, I was afraid to eat it. The previous time the waiter was much worse, and back to back, for the prices, we expect the waiter to not become the problem. Service prevents me from booking more regularly. If you want some kind of production, this is the place, if you want seamless service where orders are presented with thought and timelines, and you are left to enjoy your meal without being constantly interrupted or having an extra guest at your party--the waiter-- this is a miss.
