For over 20 years, New York Prime has been a sought after hot spot for any night out thanks to the lively bar and USDA prime-only menu. Every detail counts at this bustling, powerhouse steakhouse. >> We want to create a dining experience that exceeds guests’ expectations, and it’s all about timing. Reservations for 2 guests are given 1 hour 30 minutes; up to 4 is 1 hour 45 minutes; and parties of 5+ is 2 hours. You are welcome to visit the bar if your party is incomplete. We appreciate your understanding to ensure we can accommodate all our guests over the course of the evening.

    Christmas dinner. Took a longgggg time to order drinks and apps. Not the same level of service. Will book somewhere else next holiday. No service. No merry Christmas…just blah.

    It took two hours to get our meal. We know it was Xmas eve but wish someone told us in advance before we sat down. That’s a fair ask.

    The food was fantastic. It was Christmas Eve, so holiday allowances all given. Waited 39 mins for my table with reservation. Things happen, holiday craze….but when we were seated it was the same. Under staffed, over booked. But great food, and it was BUSY! My issue is that there was no kindness through that process. Service is EVERY, especially when it’s busy.

    The food was ok. Definitely nothing special. Don't order the mashed potatoes if you do not like an extreme smoky flavor. Everything needed salt. The server was attentive.
