Our waitress Sara was fantastic coursing out our two hour dinner. The manager came over to check on us. Food and cocktail was fantastic! The customer receipt only had the total bill and "recommended tipping" percentages. I added a decent tip and signed the receipt. We were talking about the bill - and I said it seemed higher than i expected - so we looked at the other copy of the bill - the one with the breakdown. It had a very small line that said 20% banquet fee had been added to the total.
