- FFrancescoNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoIt was an exceptional experience, it’s very hard to get everything right, food, service, decor, etc. The menu was as exciting to read as to taste, the flavors profiles of each dish was wonderfully crafted, there is no other way to describe it. The timing of each dish, the portions, the textures, everything on point. We had Mike guiding us and facilitating our spectacular gastronomical journey. Last night was such a treat, hats off to Chef Jonas and the team. Keep up the outstanding work that you doing!More infoMatildaPrice: Very Expensive• Farm-to-table• Windham•4.8
- MMarjorieNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 17, 2024Very excellent cuisine and service. Price is steep. They already give 20% of the bill to support the student servers, which I don't object to, as I like to help them in their education. But that should be made more clear before even more money is solicited for the same cause, when you prepare to pay. Aside from that I highly recommend the experience.More infoAmerican Bounty at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• American• Hyde Park•4.7
- RRobertNew York City •10 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 17, 2024Dining here is always a delight. The specials were a treat and the regular menu scrumptious. Not one for flowery tasting teas, I adored the "Paris" blend. Also: congratulations to the staff who are graduating and may the rest enjoy their winter break.More infoThe Bocuse Restaurant at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• French• Hyde Park•4.7
