This vision would not be possible without Stephen and Diane Bragoli & Daniel Bragoli, lover of all things food and wine.
It is their attention to detail that creates a comfortable ambiance that represents the contemporary Italy of today combined with Chef Marco’s soulful cuisine that Osteria Umbra is born.

Since 2001, H2O Seafood & Sushi has showcased seasonal seafood, served with passion, and conceived with creativity. Designed with an upscale New England feel, you’ll feel right at home at H2O in our warm and inviting space. And what’s on our menu is dictated by what’s in the sea, with our culinary team proudly sourcing local fish and supporting local farmers through their creative takes in the kitchen.
Guests are invited to sit at our expansive gray marble bar while feasting on fresh sushi or our modern American seafood classics. Our delicious menu not only features abundant fish, but also satisfies land lovers with celebrated dishes like filet mignon wellington with mushroom duxelles and brie fondue or our roasted half chicken with cornbread stuffing, mushrooms, and chicken jus.
Weekly specials include Happy Hour, as well as our 3-course Wednesday Wine Dinners, which curate pairings of wine with each off-menu course.

Chop Shop is the perfect place for casual dining and special occasions, as well as corporate gatherings. Begin your dining experience with a drink selection from our extensive wine list, which offers a variety of great selections, or choose from our exclusive martini menu. So I deducted a star for 2 reasons 1- The large TVs around the bar which I admit I couldn’t hear, were distracting me from the romantic atmosphere that Insignia offers with the modern jazz music , impeccable service, and wonderful food. 2- we had ordered from the $69 weekday pre fixe menu which gives you a great selection to choose from. What I didn’t care for was how the chef plated each dish. One dish had a piece of salmon and the other dish was skirt steak . Each cooked to perfection but looked naked on a plate with no trimmings. Gordon Ramsey would be highly disappointed to say the least. Well I said my piece and I would still go back !

Delicious meal! We had the buratta and eggplant appetizer, pear Gorgonzola and a chopped salads, shrimp parm and ravioli and meatballs- all were delicious! SPH is moderately priced and the ambiance was inviting. We will definitely be back!
