Old Tappan Restaurants

Having a table next to the door it s an inconvenience due to waiters going in and out and it s really cold. Suggestion: dim the light, to bright for a restaurant and doesn’t create a sense of intimacy. Hope you will have dancing nights😊 The decor is absolutely amazing! We will go back.

We were a group of women at our monthly ladies night. Our server was exceptionally nice and attentive. It was hard to carry a conversation across the table Due to the terrible noise but we still had a wonderful time. Food was great. Drinks were wonderful and overall a very fun night.

I have been to many of the finer steak restaurants in the NYC and NJ. This place was Excellent and not a complaint to be made about service, food, and vibe. It is not a stuffy type steakhouse and more modern in style. The porterhouse for two was amazing and the appetizers, pasta, and sides were all spot on. Highly recommend this location .

The Hill serves quality, well prepared and reasonably priced food. Expect to spend about $90 or more per person for a two-course meal with a drink and tip. Our waitress for our party of 7 was exceptional, handling our various requests with aplomb. The dining room was about half full early on a Friday night. The ambience lent itself to conversation and the patronage ranged from children to seniors. This is a great place for multi-generational gatherings and celebrations.

Great place: from the parking valet to the food, everything is fantastic. Great service, quiet enough to actually hear others at the table, imaginative menu, beautiful presentation.
