It was absolutely fantastic!! Hands down the best fine dining experience in Mesquite. Gregory’s was clean, elegant looking, with a nice bar area and very nice dining room. The staff is wonderful. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but my server was the best (receipt says M Santos) She was there every time I needed her. She made recommendations. I was there in time for the “Early Bird” special. What a tremendous value. I can’t say enough, but if you’re in Mesquite and are looking for a wonderful dining experience, please go to Gregory’s Mesquite Grill. You will not be disappointed. This place is what Vegas used to be, not the other place. Katherine’s is crap. GO TO GREGORY’S!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, setting the tone for a perfect evening. The ambiance was inviting, with a cozy yet elegant decor that made us feel special right away. The service was impeccable. Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring our glasses were never empty. It’s clear that the staff is well-trained and genuinely cares about providing a memorable dining experience. Now, let’s talk about the food! Each dish was crafted to perfection. I opted for the signature 20 oz prime rib, which was cooked exactly to my liking—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The sides complemented the meal beautifully, especially the creamy mashed potatoes and vibrant seasonal vegetables. To top it all off, we indulged in a decadent dessert to celebrate the occasion, and it did not disappoint. It was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. Overall, Katherine’s Steak House exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a great meal, I highly recommend this gem. This was our second visit to the Pig’s Ear, and again the Pig’s Ear knocked it out of the park with taste and value!! Try the BBQ ribs they won’t disappoint !

Heard about this restaurant from employee where I work and decided to give it a try. I’m glad we went as the food was great along with the desert. The employees made us feel welcome and will come back to try other dishes.
