B&B never disappoints. The food, in my opinion, is the best in Houston. Chef Tommy’s Bacon is amazing and partly the reason we keep going back year after year. The service was great and attentive. Even with big parties during our dining, they keep making sure we had everything we needed. Very good place for intimate celebrations as well.

Great restaurant and steakhouse. Waited only 15 minutes to be seated after reservation time on Valentine's day. No waiting area or seating for customers. Valet was very congested. It was a great surprise that the valet cost was not as expensive as we expected which was good. Great surf and turf special last night. The food was excellent. No recognition that it was our anniversary and I was disappointed. Open table asked the occasion for the reservation and clearly stated anniversary. I think this was because it was intertwined with Valentine's day. Other than that, everything was great as far as the food.

We were a group of 8 who decided to have pre-dinner drinks and light snacks at Julep for Valentine’s Day. This was my first time going and I was not disappointed. The ambiance was really nice in the room they sat us. Almost felt like a speakeasy to me. The cheddar popcorn and French onion dip with caviar were delicious. Drinks were great and the staff were nice and attentive. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and I would go back to try more of the menu items.

Guard and Grace is a beautiful place to spend on any special occasion. My husband and I went for Valentine’s Day and really enjoyed ourselves. Our server, Trey, had excellent table side manner and was very knowledgeable of the menu. We really appreciated him as our server and will request him again when we come back with friends and family. The only negative thing I have to say is we don’t feel that the steaks were worth the value for the price. I got the NY strip and it was very tough. Which, strip usually is always tough but I was expecting a more tender piece of meat with a little more flavor. My husband got the Ribeye and he also felt like the steak could have been prepared better. He asked for rare and it was a cool red center like Trey told us it would be, but he felt like it was a bit over cooked. He liked the flavor though. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. I think it’s worth a try.

Pappas Bros. Steakhouse is nothing short of exceptional. The service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our evening special. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. The steaks were perfectly cooked and rich with flavor. Every dish, from the appetizers to the decadent desserts, showcased top-tier ingredients and masterful preparation. What truly sets Pappas Bros. apart, though, is the experience they create. This was the place where I proposed, and the staff went above and beyond to make the moment unforgettable. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence made an already special night even more magical. If you’re looking for the perfect place to celebrate a milestone, impress someone special, or simply enjoy an outstanding meal, Pappas Bros. is the place to be. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
