Very quiet at The Buck, to be expected so soon after Christmas. Really perfect time to catch up with an old friend. Great service from our waitress and fabulous food. It was very nice to be able to park easily in the car park, it's usually rammed which says a lot for how popular a place it is.

Our party enjoyed the Peter Pan afternoon tea. It was excellent!! One of the party is gluten and lactose intolerant and they were provided with a separate stand of food. Their items looked exactly like the other one. Service was efficient and the staff were extremely friendly. A beautiful setting.

We visited on recommendation from a friend. I cannot fault anything and will visiting again soon. We had the Sunday roast and sticky toffee pudding for desert. Looking forward to trying other options on the menu.

Booked for a birthday. Food was great and plentiful. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Waiter recommended the monkfish Thai curry which was thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended.

A perfect venue for any occasion, ours happened to be afternoon tea on New Year’s Day with family. The staff were brilliant, tentative, observant and yet discreet. Hats off to everyone… we will be back. Sam
