Great ambiance, good and service. We loved our meal.

What a beautiful homage to Panamanian tradition! Greeted by friendly host to our table. The mood is festive with Panamanian music playing. The restaurant is curated with simple and elegant Panamanian decor. Our server the best! Claudio, ask for him, attentive and friendly! The food wow where to begin. We had appetizers to share. The octopus, the ceviche, the corn fritters and the empanadas stuffed with meat and the other with shrimp. All was tasty, fresh and delicious ! For meals we had the hamburger, the arroz con pollo with poached egg, wow what a combo!, ropa vieja with rice and coconut and guandu and the marisco guacho, which is like a risotto. All were flavorful and good portion sizes. These traditional dishes all had amazing twists to them. And dessert the maracuya mousse!! Wow what an ending! Fabulous gastronomic experience! Highly suggest to visit! At night they have live entertainment from Thur to Sunday.

We love the food presentation and they taste just right for the amount of seasoning. We had rainbow carrots and king crabs as appetizers, fish in clays/ banana leaf and pigs for the entrees. Services are outstanding for a quiet dinner.

Everything about Azahar was exceptional, from the personal attention paid to us by Franklin, to the ambiance- the terrace allowed gorgeous views of Panama bay… Mushroom risotto was mouth watering), as the food in general… an amazing, unforgettable experience… cannot wait to return for the sushi & live music !

This restaurant is very welcoming...with a cool garden vibe decor, nice laid out dining room...I've been twice during my holiday..both lunch and dinner time food was very good, service attentive...staff knew some English so that was a plus My three course dinner date of ceviche...delicious, chicken with grilled vegetables and mash...very tasty and my dessert of Cointreau strawberries with vanilla ice-cream...very refreshing This restaurant is located in a five star hotel, you would think it will be quite expensive, but to my surprise really affordable with clean fresh ingredients well prepared and spiced to perfection, I couldn't believe the value of this dining establishment...all but one item is under $30 and that item is $32.00...drinks/cocktails again value and well priced My lunch date was also good, it was excellent meal preparation and service of crispy chicken salad and beef and chicken kebabs with grilled vegetables. I highly recommend this restaurant for good food, good service, excellent value and beautiful decor experience.
