- SSarahLondon •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoProbably the best home cooked food we’ve had in a long time. A proper Chef, who had created the dishes from fresh ingredients. Energetic and welcoming owner. Warned on arrival of a large party arriving at 1330, however the staff coped well and our food arrived in a timely fashion. The ray wing, freshly sourced from Brixham, was superb, highly recommended! A lovely ambiance and genuinely helpful and friendly staff. Definitely an Inn to visit. Thank you Guy,his family and staff.More infoThe Plough Inn FinstockPrice: Moderate• English• Burford•4.8
- EEmmaBerkshire •8 reviews4.0Dined 5 days agoStayed here many years ago and needed a location midway to meet a friend for lunch. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Sadly not a full menu ( find this in a lot of places). The food we chose was very nice and portion size was adequate leaving space for dessert. Dessert was tasty although didn't feel description of the sticky toffee as fondant was terribly accurate. Felt a little pricy for a lunch but food prices are on the rise. Seating not very comfy, did much better when we popped in later after out walk and had a drink in much comfier seats. Possibly would visit again as location works well.More infoOld SwanPrice: Expensive• British• Witney•3.4

- HHeidiBristol •1 review5.0Dined on Jan 18, 2025We were originally seated by a door which was letting in a draft . We asked to be moved. A young waiter was asked. He really didn’t want to move us despite there being several no shows. He went over to another member of staff and said “you sort it, they want to move” it was really rude. Food was ok…… lacked seasoning and despite menu sounding impressive it isn’t quite there yet.More infoMinster Mill Restaurant and BarPrice: Expensive• British• Witney•3.8
