Union City Restaurants

It was raining. A manager meet us with umbrellas outside One friend was ushered in as she was using a walker and I used the other brought out to me to help the other 88 year old friend. We were ushered to the table chairs were pulled out for us to be seated!! Never have I felt so cared about. The hospitality was amazing! There is a tranquility and peace in the eloquent but casual environment overlooking the harbor and water On one wall separating the bar from the dining area is a huge aquarium where jellyfish float aimlessly The food served for lunch was excellent ! really good food and unique location / atmosphere. service was a bit on the slower side but not annoyingly so. acoustics aren't great - glass walls and ceilings - so it's quite loud inside even partially full. a bit on the pricey side for what you get, but it is very well done (and what isn't overpriced in the valley?).

I hadn’t been to Evvia in years and it was so great to go back. My friend and I shared a bunch of appetizers: meatballs, octopus, roasted beets and the butternut squash. The octopus was fantastic as were the meatballs. We each had a glass of wine and the whole meal was $100. Will definitely do that again.

My fiancé and I had a great experience here last night for dinner. Brenda, our server was amazing and gave great customer service. The food was delicious, and we love the salsa and chips as always. We look forward to coming again.

Food is unwavering in flavor and portions. Anytime of visitations preparation is consistent.
