Walnut Grove Restaurants

We had a wonderful Holiday Brunch today. Couldn’t have been any nicer than it was. Food was delicious, service was phenomenal - we wanted for nothing! Beautifully decorated for the holiday and it was fun exploring the Mansion and grounds. Only thing that might need to be addressed is the color of the pool - but obviously we weren’t there to swim! Thank you all for a wonderful time. This might have to become a tradition!

Food was excellent and the service was even better

We had quite the memorable dinner at Ella. To begin with, we ordered the fresh baked bread and butter. The bread was so very fresh, and the butter light and delicious. We also ordered the butter leaf salad with an incredible dressing. The lettuce and vegetables were so crisp and fresh, along with the incredible salad dressing...it was delightful. For an appetizer, we ordered the mushrooms with in-house made fresh ricotta cheese... another incredibly delicious symphony of flavors that melted in your mouth. Our main course was the Salmon, absolutely incredibly delicious! It was lightly grilled on the outside cooked medium.. The salmon literally melted in your mouth like a marsh mellow. By far, Ella is the very best fine dining restaurant in the Sacramento area.

We have been coming here for a few years and I have to say the ambiance and service is unmatched! The food is so wonderful! Staff is top notch! My wife and I are customers for life! I bring her here for Valentine’s Day and her birthdays. We love this place!
