Our waiter, was knowledgeable, attentive without being overbearing, and made fantastic wine recommendations to pair with our meal. Appetizers:We started with the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were succulent, perfectly chilled, and served with a zesty cocktail sauce and paired beautifully with a crusty bread. Steaks:The star of the show. We opted for the filet mignon. Both were cooked to perfection; the ribeye was a generous cut with marbling that melted in your mouth, delivering a burst of flavor. The filet was tender, almost buttery, and the sear was spot on. Sides:The jalapeño mac 'n' cheese was indulgent, and the creamed spinach was the best I've had, with just the right touch of spice. Desserts: Ended with a classic crème brûlée, which was the perfect sweet note to end the meal. Value: Pricier than your average steakhouse, but you're paying for quality, service, and an experience. I have always had good experiences here. One thing to note is that while I rated the noise level as low, this is not always the case. Sometimes the band is loud enough to make conversations a little difficult.
