Daher lassen wir unseren Teig bis zu 72 Stunden in Ruhe fermentieren. Denn nur so entsteht dieser unvergleichlich leckere Geschmack, den unsere Pizza auszeichnet. Selbstverständlich verwenden wir im PINO für unsere original Neapolitanische Pizza nur die besten italienischen Produkte.
