- DDanielMemphis / West Tennessee •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoMy wife and I absolutely love this place! This was our second visit to Beauty and Essex. Everything we have ordered from the menu has been wonderful. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. My wife’s cocktails were exceptional, and they offer several unique mock tails that are listed on the menu. I appreciate that, being someone who doesn’t drink any alcohol. The server was helpful and attentive. All of the staff are pros. We will try to visit this place every time we come to Las Vegas.More infoBeauty & Essex- Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Speakeasy• The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas•4.8

Our server Rachel was so upbeat and her recommendations were on point. The spicy crab and lobster seafood pasta was to die for! - LLuanneSan Antonio •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWe originally had reservations for the dining room but opted for the Lounge seating, especially since they have a wonderful Happy Hour. We started with the lollipop lamb chops and shrimp cocktail, both on the Happy Hour menu. Then shared the 16 ounce ribeye. The food was wonderful! Had their butter cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert, which was excellent. Planning on going back again!More infoOcean Prime - Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• The Strip•4.8

Discover The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
The Cosmopolitan is a modern hotel that draws a glittering, jet-set crowd. With those discerning guests in mind, the hotel has curated a restaurant lineup that runs the culinary gamut from an unmarked casual pizza spot hidden in a hallway to a celebrated chef’s Mexican-Chinese fusion restaurant. The Cosmopolitan’s eateries offer inventive twists on familiar dishes. Some entrées need to be ordered in advance, such as the Bo Ssäm, a slow-roasted pork shoulder served with oysters, rice, lettuce and an array of sauces. For some homey comfort food, you can dig into a glass jar filled with a coddled egg and potato puree. Finish off your meal with a creamy, alcohol-infused milkshake and save room for the famous crack pie. There is even a supper club where food, music and performances seamlessly blend together.
