Staff friendly and attentive but not in your face, it was very busy but they appeared genuinely happy to be working there. Food pretty amazing for a chain and reflects French heritage, we shared a charcuterie board, had Breton fish stew and poulet Breton it was top notch. Neither of us drink so had the Oddbirds bubbles - lovely. Only quibble was them running out of creme caramel so early on a Saturday evening; they lost our dessert order although alternatives were suggested .
