Davie is a city in Broward County, Florida, and home to Nova Southeastern University. Like all South Florida college towns, Davie has plenty of affordable dining options that students and their visiting parents can enjoy together. Davie has 24-hour diners that serve unique South Florida creations like The Elvis Sandwich, which is made with peanut butter, banana, and bacon with grilled bread. Davie is near the coast, so pretty much everywhere you go will have seafood on the menu. Oysters on the half shell are popular, and many bars have an oyster night where they are less than a dollar apiece. For dessert, you have to try a slice of Key Lime Pie, made with limes fresh from Key West.
