Our server appeared quickly. She was as friendly, smiling, bringing water, and updating us on menu offerings. The pear salad was delicious as were the steak dishes. Service throughout dinner was timely. The toffee bread pudding was a great finish to the meal. We were seated right away (with reservations of course) and each staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The food, oh my goodness, the food was so delicious and fresh! Our server was very knowledgeable about each item on the menu and made terrific recommendations! We are so glad we chose to have dinner at Fattoria for our first night in Colorado!
