- SStephanieLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWent for Santa Baby experience and it was AMAZING. I originally made reservations for the wrong date and it filled up- I was able to send a message and she changed the date for us (Thank you!!) When we checked in I was greeted with a birthday card signed by everyone (thank you!). All three stories were immersed in Christmas decoration. It wasn’t overly crowded, even for a Friday at 9pm. The drinks were good, service was 10/10. And as tiki bar lovers, we will be back next time we are in Chicago!More infoBamboo ClubPrice: Moderate• Pizza Bar• Wrigleyville•4.3
- SShirleyNew Mexico •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoExcellent food!!! We were expecting “pub food” but this was so much more. Skilled use of unexpected herbs and spices. This kitchen produced perfectly cooked proteins. The duck was the most flavorful duck I’ve had in a restaurant. The octopus was exactly the right texture. Pork shank and short ribs were fall-off-the-bone and seasoned creatively. Everything was flavorful and delicious. We appreciated the art of the serving dishes, not just plain white plates. Service was also excellent. We were greeted at the door and our table was immediately ready. Our server was attentive. Our food came out hot. Only real negative is the 3% charge to use a card. I don’t like carrying $250+ in cash. I wish this place was in our hometown. We look forward to returning to Cultivate.More infoCultivate by Forbidden RootPrice: Moderate• Brewery• Lincoln Square•4.7

The food was all great- we had the cabbage and potato plates to share, both delicious. Our entrees of gnudi and pork chops were so good. Lovely place.More infoFarm Bar - RavenswoodPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Lincoln Square•4.7

Discover Ravenswood
In the North Chicago neighborhood of Ravenswood, located smack in the middle of the Lincoln Square area, you'll discover buzzing businesses, strong education programs, thriving artists, and fantastic food. It should come as no surprise that Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel proudly calls this neighborhood “home.” You'll find plenty of iconic Chicago deep-dish joints here. If you feel adventurous, try another neighborhood specialty: pizza puffs. These fluffy baked concoctions with stringy mozzarella, sauce, and other fixings inside. Ravenswood's reputation precedes it when it comes to burger restaurants from counter service fast food to old-fashioned drive-ins. Barbecue options abound; many restaurants offer hot wings and pulled sandwiches. And, of course, you'll want to carbo-load on some authentic pasta from one of the credible Italian restaurants.
