- DDavidCalifornia Central Coast •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 17, 2024I go to Goshi SLO several times a month and I have always found the presentation and quality of sushi and sashimi to be superior, the best to be found locally. The servers are attentive and knowledgeable. The “noise level” is not a concern, as most customers are sober and serious and the ambiance reflects everyone’s attention and respect.More infoJapanese Restaurant GoshiPrice: Moderate• Japanese• San Luis Obispo•4.9
- SScottSacramento / Sacramento Valley •5 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 2, 2024My son ordered the streak and for $40 we were very disappointed in the fact the server did not deduct the steak from our bill. Steak was super fatty, chewy, my son will eat anything but he spit out several pieces. I still tipped 20% because it’s not the server’s fault that it was a bad piece of steak.More infoThe Oak GrillPrice: Expensive• Bistro• San Luis Obispo•4.3

Discover San Luis Obispo
San Luis Obispo's city council has maintained a ban on drive-throughs for any restaurant within city limits since 1982. This helps to make the restaurant scene one that prizes fresh ingredients, classic cooking styles, and a variety of cuisines. The vegetarian and vegan restaurants are among the most popular, making the most of the area's high value for fresh produce. Most of the rest of the restaurants, which feature farm-to-table ingredients, fresh seafood, and a host of international flavors, also offer several vegetarian options. Delis and Mediterranean restaurants also feature the freshness of San Luis Obispo in unique and delicious ways.
