- BBillVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoHoliday meal in a winter wonderland. Everyone at restaurant worked extra hard to provide plenty of holiday cheer. The special Christmas menu offered something for most food choices. Few nice places to dine after a long drive up to Tahoe today. Thankfully River Ranch was open. Will go out of my way to support them on low season weekdays.More infoRiver Ranch Lodge & RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Tahoe City•4.7

Everything is delicious at this restaurant and staff are very friendly. Our party of 4 ordered 5 appetizers and 4 different entrees and we wiped out plates clean. Everyone was super happy with their food.More infoChristy HillPrice: Very Expensive• Californian• Tahoe City•4.8
- MMaryamVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •32 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThis is now my favorite Tahoe restaurant. Everything was absolutely delicious. The stuffed quail was an amazing appetizer. The butternut squash soup with a hint of curry was very unique, delicious, and flavorful. The Branzino with the scallops were one of the best preparations of my favorite fish. The ambiance very cozy and a bit whimsical. Service was great. I love everything about this restaurant. Definitely will dine there again.More infoPlumpJack Cafe Olympic ValleyPrice: Very Expensive• American• Olympic Valley / Squaw Valley•4.8
- JJenVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoFantastic dinner with extended family! The Granite Chief cocktail was refreshing and complex. Highly recommend the duck starter. The cut of the day was the bison rib-eye, which was delicious. If they have it, definitely opt for it. My dad had the pork chop, which he praised as better than what he recently had at a 1-star Michelin restaurant in the Bay Area. The catch of the day, sea bream, included Kauai prawn, mussels and delicious mushrooms. The grilled lemon cheesecake was amazing, while the chocolate mousse was shockingly too chocolately for the chocolate fans in my family. Overall, the tastiest meal in the Tahoe area we’ve had in a while. Definitely plan to come back!More infoSix Peaks GrillePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Olympic Valley / Squaw Valley•4.6
