The shoulder was a little dry but when mixed with the sauce and the excellent vegetables was fine. As usual, the fish dishes were excellent and the bacon and potato croquettes and duck spring rolls were wonderful. The only real down was my wife's steak was over cooked (well done instead of medium-well) and was unpalatable. (Granted, medium-well is always over cooked, but that is just my opinion).
