We are a busy, exciting and vibrant restaurant always trying to bring a slice of Spain to Lincoln through our food and service. Catering for everyone from large families and staff parties to couples and friends looking for something a little different.Established in the summer of 2013, Ole Ole Tapas was the brainchild of both Amador and Alison bringing their expertise and decades of experience of the catering industry to flourish in their very own tapas restaurant. Originally born in the Canary Island of Lanzarote (where the family originally came from) their daughter and both sons decided to join their family venture and follow in the footsteps of their parents and grandparents. Stacey Lawson and Paul Fields are not only delighted but thoroughly excited to announce the opening of their restaurant. Stacey and Paul sensed something was missing from the Lincoln dining experience. Paul had always had a passion to open up an independent restaurant and as a local girl Stacey recognised that although Lincoln is a historical City and a very dynamic and growing City, there was a clear need for a relaxed restaurant experience that combined history with modernity.

Based in Greetham, The Wheatsheaf is 6 miles from Oakham and 4 miles from Rutland Water. Carol and Scott took over the Wheatsheaf in March 2008. The seasonal Modern British menu changes weekly. The wine list is based on wines from around the world with a good selection by the glass. We also have an excellent selection of beers and local cask ales.In 2021 The Wheatsheaf was a new entry in The Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastro Pubs and was also awarded The Michelin Red Plate.     Delicious treat which has become a Christmas tradition for us! I enjoyed a traditional afternoon tea with a glass of Prosecco and my husband chose the savoury afternoon tea with a beer. Unfortunately they had run out of ale though, so he had to be content with a Peroni. He suggested that a small sweet treat would have been nice to finish off his selection but on this occasion he stole one of mine! Thank you and happy Christmas to all.?

    A lovely lunch for 4 in relaxed surroundings upstairs in the grain store. Great service by our super friendly waitress, great food and a very efficient service from all involved. We have eaten downstairs before but much prefer the upstairs with less hustle and bustle. We will definitely return for a tasty and very good value for money meal.

    First time we have been to Ole Ole. Our annual pre Christmas meal with my family before an evening at the castle walk and ghost walk. Everything was perfect, from being greeted at the door, prompt table service, to the tasty food. We chose a selection of dishes from the menu to share and my 11 year old grandson tried everything and loved the food. My 6 year old granddaughter loved the crispy fried potatoes. Thoroughly recommend and we will definately be back next year (if not before).

    In the middle of a busy Christmas weekend, we had a lovely relaxing meal. The food was delicious and the service very helpful. It was so nice to be able to look out of the window at a very festive Lincoln.
