Oh my gosh, I thought it was going to be a mad house. Not only was everyone relaxed and calm. Our waitress CiCi was the BEST!! We never had to look for her. We never had to ask for anything. She was a mind reader. Hands down the best server I have had in years! I told her there and then. Thanksgiving was amazing thanks to Coopers Hawk and CiCi!!! The food was perfection, the wait time non existent, drinks refilled as if she was a mind-reader...love love love this place. Our first time at this newly built establishment and would not hesitate to go again!! Delish!!!!

For being Thanksgiving evening, the restaurant was very full. The food and service was exceptional. True to tradition, there was no loss of quality or service due to the holiday.

Wine server Beth recognized us as regulars and kept the tastings flowing at a good pace so we weren't rushed, but we were able to make it over to our table in time for our food reservation on a very busy holiday. Hostesses Hailey and Barb ensured the tables were rapidly bussed and ready to seat the next customer. Service was excellent, our server Sylvia did an outstanding job with our food and drink orders. Always a great experience at Coopers Naperville.

We had a great anniversary dinner. Our server Oscar did a very nice job of serving us. The paella dinner is outstanding. We love this restaurant and will return several times each year.

We were celebrating our anniversary and it was well worth the trip from aurora. Crab cakes were the best we ever had. The twin lobsters with mashed potatoes were absolutely delicious, grilled to perfection. The garlic crusted rack of lamb with the mashed cauliflower was to die for, had a side house salad. Just a lovely first experience. Now all the construction was a bit much, but that wasn’t the fault of the establishment. We definitely will be back again!
