Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca.     Had a wonderful afternoon celebrating an upcoming birthday and had afternoon tea and drinks. The staff were attentive and friendly. Service was fabulous and the food was great. We will definitely be back again and would recommend. Views are amazing and an added bonus.

    It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I was so excited! My husband and I came to celebrate Christmas early, and I started with a cocktail that was absolutely delicious. Since I hadn’t eaten all day, it didn’t take much to make me tipsy after just one drink! The food was fantastic—juicy and tender steak, fresh scallops . Every bite was a pleasant surprise. A huge thank you to the staff, who were so polite and incredibly attentive. They noticed I got tipsy easily and even thoughtfully gave me a bag just in case I needed it. I really appreciate the care (and sorry for any trouble I caused!). Overall, it was such a wonderful dining experience, and I will definitely be back again. Reika mui

    What a delightful afternoon. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. The food was tasty and plentiful. The drinks were not too overpriced. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Great ambiance. Definitely one of my favourite places in Manchester.
