- MMikeVIPPittsburgh / Western PA •37 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoNot only is this one of the prettiest restaurants that we have ever eaten in the service, and food is wonderful. We honeymooned at station square 40 years ago and have returned on several occasions. The Grand Concourse has never disappointed. Tonight for our anniversary I enjoyed the duck and my wife had the scallops both were delicious and wonderfully presented. Started and ended the meal with a pearfect martini which was also delicious. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. We will be back.More infoGrand ConcoursePrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown•4.3

The food, service and ambiance are always impeccable! We highly recommend if you have never been here that you make a point to try it. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.More infoAltiusPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Mt. Washington•4.9
- CChristineVIPPittsburgh / Western PA •65 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe establishment is well-run. We ate downstairs because my husband shouldn't climb steps. (I didn't know to ask for this when I made the reservation, so it might be nice to let people know that most seating is upstairs.) We were greeted by the couple, who may be the owners. They accommodated us quickly and very attentively. The menu was varied, with an array of seasonal, seafood, and classic Italian dishes. My husband had the carmelized brussel sprouts, which was a huge portion and probably the best sprouts we've tasted in the city. My house salad had nuts, berries, and cheese and cost a $5 upcharge with my entree. Both our entrees were sensational, They came out of the kitchen piping hot and remained that way for the duration of the meal. The waitstaff and bartender were real pros and took excellent care of us. Our tab came to $155, including a 20% tip, which surprised us somewhat, but the quality and portion size made up for it. Parking in a public lot next door made for easy access to the building, I would like to go back when the temperature allows us to eat outdoors. I highly recommend DeBlaze at 131.More infoDeBlaze at 131Price: Moderate• Italian• Downtown•4.5
- KKymVIPPittsburgh / Western PA •19 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoVisited for Christmas Eve dinner as a party of 6. IT WAS PACKED. Like I’ve never seen it. But guess what? Despite a short wait past our reservation time (15 min? 20? completely reasonable for a full house on a holiday) our experience was the same as if it was a slow night. Our servers were personable and thorough, the meal was nicely paced, and every course was served at the right temperature and with lovely presentation. Only disappointment was the tomahawk cut that my husband ordered being sold out… bummer, he was really excited for that entree and had to pivot to a ribeye. Hats off to CG for really solid execution on what has to be one of the most hectic nights of the year there. If you’re looking for a lively Christmas Eve in the city, I can’t fathom anywhere else was THIS busy and also so on pointe.More infoThe Capital Grille - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8
- MMaryKansas City / Kansas •5 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoJames was an exceptional server/bartender/Sommelier/hostess! He gave perfect recommendations to pair with our starters and meals. The Norwegian Halibut was amazing! The evening was extremely special celebrating our dad’s birthday. It was sweet and memorable to have two daddy daughter dates as well. Molly also was so sweet! We will definitely come back! Thank you and Happy Holidays!More infoMonterey Bay Fish Grotto - Mt. WashingtonPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Mt. Washington•4.7
