    Love Mizumi. Food and service are great. If you like sushi you must try Mizumi. Food is presented in a very creative manner unlike other restaurants serving sushi. Almost like a piece of art!

    It was a beautiful place but not a lot of options. Service was meh. Sat with dirty dishes on the table tor a long time. Not worth it for the money. Rather have one of the many other better options in Vegas!

    I actually DID NOT reserve a table at Mizumi restaurant. I reserved a table at Wynn buffet, later to find out, Wynn does not accept OPEN TABLE for their reservations. However, I did receive a note that I was confirmed for buffet for 2 people at 6:00 PM on Sunday, the 14th. When I called Wynn hotel just to confirm my reservation, they told me that I did not have a confirmation for the buffet, but did for Mizumi. This was so ridiculous because I don’t eat Japanese food and would have never reserved a table at that establishment. I have photo of my reservation to confirm the above info. Thank God I called the day before because I would have had nowhere to eat, prior to my show.

    This is my fourth visit to Mizumi and I was very much enjoying celebrating my 45th birthday dinner with my fiancé on our first night back in Vegas since 2019. The food was exceptional, but unfortunately the service we received had diminished quite a bit since our last time. Perhaps short staffing was an issue, but I found that our table was forgotten most of the evening. We had a 9pm sitting and towards the end of our dinner (around 10:30pm), all of the adjacent tables were cleared of their table lights and table settings and it felt like the restaurant was shutting down and encouraging their guests to leave. When I was greeted for my reservation I was asked if this was a celebratory visit and I said it was my birthday dinner, but we didn’t actually receive any other acknowledgments the remainder of the dining experience. I’m hoping this was just an off-night.
